£80 per year or £6.67 per month. 

Up to the value of six months rent. 

What is Covered

Unpaid Rent Arrears: this policy pays the monthly rent if the tenant defaults. This usually kicks in once the tenant is one month in arrears.

Continuous Monthly Payments: If the tenant is evicted, the policy will pay the monthly rent for up to 6 months whilst you find a new tenant.

What's not Covered

Exceeded Policy Limit: Any claim once the limit of 6 months rent has been reached. 

The first Missed Payment: Claims under rent guarantee are only valid after the first missed payment. 

No hidden fees or interest to pay monthly. The total price includes Insurance Premium Tax.
